Description:
Spectrum is a residential complex created by leading architects and designers. It includes eight brick houses with a height of seven and nine floors. The design is based on geometric shapes, straight lines, sharp corners and cascades.
The modern materials used during the construction give the buildings an attractive appearance. Our company completed the work on the installation of the rafter part, the roofing pie and the finishing coating of the standing seam roof of all 8 houses. A unique solution was applied to collect water from the entire roof into two funnels, followed by water drainage through an internal drain into a storm sewer.
